Newest addition to my kitchen – An imarflex mixer!!!

Yeeeeeyyy…finally, I found just the right tool for my baking quest.. a new Imarflex stand mixer!
I have been dreaming of having my very own mixer at home, not the hand mixer kind, but a real kitchen mixer like this bowl lift stand mixer from KitchenAid. But my thrifty self got over me and I had to settle for something way cheaper that the $399 tag price of the KitchenAid, but works equally fine. I can’t wait to whip up my first baking experiment this weekend.
Now that brings me to my next task – I need to research on the best cookie monster recipe. Knowing me, this has gotta be a real good or else I would put all my baking dreams a history all together. 
If anyone out there has a recipe to share, please feel free to drop me a line…
